Since my last update back in July, nothing significant has happened. I've started to regain feeling below my kneecap, but nothing majorly noticeable unless someone pokes my knee hard. Otherwise, flexion is great, I can sit Indian style again, and eventually, I'm going to test out the flexibility with yoga.
I haven't been too active much because of working long hours (2 jobs = 12-14 hours of work a day). When I sit for too long, my knee does bother me; I have to constantly shift positions every 1/2 hour to maintain circulation. Otherwise, everything else has been good. Good 1.5 year update.
